In 2023, I was hand selected to write for BigTed, specifically crafting sale articles for their marketing blog to promote their teddy bear product. Towards the end of 2023, the company re-designed their product and re-branded to Giant Bears, meaning my articles were re-purposed to suit their new luxury ornamental bear product.

In 2022, I pitched a game concept to Panivox and was delighted when I was commissioned to design and write a simulation role-playing video game for their new platform Richcast. Writing a video game script from scratch was a new venture for me, but with the support and council of the Panivox team, I successfully submitted a first demo of the game. I drew up storyboards, studied video game logic systems and wrote multiple paths and endings for players to discover.

As part of this summer internship at WellBe, I pitched ideas for and wrote self-help articles that promoted the well-being and mental health of employees for several businesses. Through this internship, I learned to write and research articles according to deadlines, and also pitched and altered ideas to fit the voice and content of WellBe. This was one of my first freelance writing jobs and it was where I worked within a community of writers and used tools such as Slack and Trello to plan and schedule articles.

As part of my degree, I was lucky enough to undertake an internship at Theatre503, an extraordinary theatre in Battersea that only stages plays by new playwrights. I gained experience in almost every role in a small London theatre, from working the box office, to ushering audience, to assisting the Literary Department. I read and reviewed new submissions, nominated plays for Rapid Write Response Nights and helped to judge the first round of the 2020 Playwriting Award.
