Researching and Writing

WellBe

My summer-long internship with WellBe was my first venture into freelance writing in the middle of the worldwide pandemic. Writing from my own experiences with the support of WellBe resources and my own personal research, I produced content on topics ranging from grief to relationships to healthy sleep patterns. Once written, the articles were reviewed by several colleagues who advised edits that strengthened the articles before they were posted to the WellBe website or sent to relevant clients.

I would hope the majority of these articles hold timeless advice, despite the few very specialized pieces that are deep-rooted in the time period they were written in. On account of the fact that the pandemic was topical at the time of publication and having a huge impact on the daily lives of millions, several of my articles act almost as a time capsule to the advice that was poignant and needed during a vulnerable time. I still believe that these articles still hold value and that aspects of the work provide advice that is still applicable to the present day.

As many of the articles I wrote for WellBe were either published in a subscription-based archive or privately commissioned for individual corporate clients, I am unable to access the original links or  re-post my work. However, my work is still available to read!
